EXAM PROCEDURE

1.  Before the exam, you will get a link through your email. At the given time, you will click that link.

2.  Your examiner will ensure your web camera is functioning perfectly and will verify your identity before you log into your account.

3.  You will login in your account and the examiner will guide you on each step. The examiner will provide you a code to start the exam.

4.  During your final exam, it’s essential to ensure a fair and secure environment, which is why the examiner will observe you through your webcam to verify that you adhere to all exam protocols.

5.  Please note that headphones, cell phones, notes, and books are strictly prohibited, as this maintains the integrity of the exam process. You will need to remain in the designated room without any interactions or conversations until the exam concludes, unless an emergency arises.

6.  This supervised examination is not only a necessity but also a government requirement aimed at minimizing any possibilities of cheating, thereby ensuring that your achievements are truly reflective of your knowledge and efforts.

7.  Your results will be available immediately after you finish. This will be followed by a constructive discussion of any mistakes to enhance your learning experience.

8.  And to top it all off, you’ll receive your well-earned certificate, marking your achievement and the skills you’ve gained through this journey.

CLEAR EXAM AREA:

Make sure your testing area is tidy and free of papers, books, or other objects except the test device.

TAKE THE EXAM INDEPENDENTLY:

As you take the exam, remember to do it independently, with absolutely no one else around to divert your attention. Communication is off-limits, so refrain from speaking or gesturing to others during the test.

NO COMMUNICATION:

No communicating with other individuals, whether verbal, non-verbal, or electronic. Notify family or housemates of your exam.

STAY ON CAMERA:

Staying on camera is crucial: for maintaining the integrity of your testing environment, remain fully visible on the webcam throughout the test.

EMERGENCY:

If an unexpected situation arises, communicate promptly to the examiner to ensure a smooth process.
