How long it takes to get WHMIS Certificate?
  1. After passing the final exam, you will receive full and pocket-size certificates through email. Most of the participants receive their certificates by email within one hour.
  2. Please print and save a copy of your certificate for future use.
  3. Your access to the online course expires after 45 days; please download your pdf book and save it before this date.
How many final exam attempts can I have?
  • A score of at least 70% on the final exam is necessary to pass. About 99.7% pass this course on the first attempt.
  • Do not worry! If you don’t pass your first exam, you can rewrite the exam as many times as needed. You have unlimited attempts to write your final exam. If you need to write the exam after 45 days, when the course access has expired, you must repurchase the course in full.
What are payment options?

Is this course 100% online?

The Food Handler Certification course is 100% online, and you can take this course anywhere at a time that suits you. This course will be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 45 days after registration.

What if I do not like the course?

If a participant is dissatisfied with any part of the course being delivered, then they will be eligible for a 100% refund if the following conditions have been satisfied:

1. The request for refund has been received in writing within 7 days of enrolment AND

2. The participant has not yet started lesson 2 of first module.

The payment will be paid within 10 days when a refund is approved. Refunds will be paid via electronic funds back onto the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.

Do you accommodate students with special needs?
  1. For participants with disabilities or language needs, lessons are delivered via audio and downloadable course notes and pdf book in big fonts.
  2. If you need more help, you can contact us via email or telephone, and we will try our best to accommodate any special requirements.
