Step 1: Go to the booking form, select service (e.g., certification $105.00)
Step 2: Select the location and press the continue button on the bottom
Step 3: Select the month and date and press the continue button
Step 4: Fill your information
Step 5: Check the Payment amount and continue; now your order is in the cart
Step 6: Proceed to checkout, and fill in your information. You will get a receipt for the payment.

Frequently Asked Questions
- After passing the final exam, you will receive full and pocket-size certificates through email. Most of the participants receive their certificates by email within one hour.
- Please print and save a copy of your certificate for future use.
- Your access to the online course expires after 45 days; please download your pdf book and save it before this date.
- A score of at least 70% on the final exam is necessary to pass. About 99.7% pass this course on the first attempt.
- Do not worry! If you don’t pass your first exam, you can rewrite the exam as many times as needed. You have unlimited attempts to write your final exam. If you need to write the exam after 45 days, when the course access has expired, you must repurchase the course in full.
- You cannot use books or other resources during the final exam. If you do not understand a question, you can ask the instructor.
- No cheating is allowed at all. If you are found to do cheating during the final exam, you will be removed from the course and will need to re-take the course and repurchase a new course. .
The Food Handler Certificates expire after 5 years.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, bank transfer, e-transfer, PayPal and cash.
- To request other forms of payment, such as cheques or credit accounts from an organization or corporation, please get in touch with us by phone, text or email.
- To write the exam, you will need 3 items:
- A desktop or laptop computer, a webcam and a microphone
- A quiet place with no people around
- A piece of Government-issued photo ID. Don’t worry; records are not retained.
- When you link with the examiner, and they are satisfied that exam conditions are according to the rules, you can start writing the exam.
- The examiner will observe you throughout the exam through the webcam. You cannot use headphones, cell phones, notes, or books. You can not talk with people or leave the room during the final exam until and unless there is some emergency.
- The supervised exam is a government requirement to avoid any cheating.
The Food Handler Certification course is 100% online, and you can take this course anywhere at a time that suits you. This course will be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 45 days after registration.
There are no prerequisites for this course. Anyone can take this course.

If a participant is dissatisfied with any part of the course being delivered, then they will be eligible for a 100% refund if the following conditions have been satisfied:
1. The request for refund has been received in writing within 7 days of enrolment AND
2. The participant has not yet started lesson 2 of first module.
The payment will be paid within 10 days when a refund is approved. Refunds will be paid via electronic funds back onto the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.
